Nevermind guys, I've had it cleared up.. Viva isn't KT'ing me for hitting a protected KD (which he wasn't when I hit). He is KT'ing me for farming.. Farming an anti-turtle that is hitting in my alliance repeatedly. Makes sense. Glad someone could clear up Viva's thought process for me.
