We can market it as an expensive specialty item to the snooty rich folks who think they're all up on what's the latest haute cuisine. We'll tell them it's organic and free range as well, that'll rake in the bucks.
After a cursory Google search it seems Sheep's milk butter is already an expensive specialty item. This could be more profitable than when we contemplated black market cheese...
Here's a trio of articles that deal with the same topic that have me wondering: Where does all the money go anyway? I mean thinking about all the registered web addresses out there that's a lot of money involved in registering them so where does it all go? Maintaining the index can't cost that much can it?
I don't know if anyone has noticed this but Iran has stolen xFCx's act. First they trolled the US and now they are hacking them. They can't actually win a war against the US so they are threatening to blow the straits of hormuz instead. If this goes on any longer expect them to strike first. Which is clearly what the US wants.
O_o Was it really necessary to subpoena them? Couldn't they be have been called in as evidence instead? And anyway, given that so much time has passed the dogs would definitely not be in the same condition as they were when they were taken in so what was the point of showing them? So many questions, so little sense...
I was reading the comments about that jackpot. Someone posted they won't return your money over a software glitch. Are they going to figure out how many people they ripped off and return it? That pretty much sums it up. They need to pay this man as they have lost. If there is a law stating they can only pay up to a certain amount then he needs to be payed that amount in its entirety. It's a real piece of crap move to ban him. I bet they were still packed the next day which only encourages it.
lol! I call BS that this is an oversight Gaga. Any publicity is good publicity, tell me how many of their potential customers will boycot them based on the design :-p
I saw another article about that building and i'm starting to think that myself Zeal. The resemblance is just too obvious for it to be anything other than a publicity stunt. Though i must say that close up the cloud part is pretty nice.
I seriously have my doubts over that official's suicide, 2-3 stabs i could believe, but 10? I doubt anyone would let themselves suffer that much if they were trying to off themselves...
As for those Belgium shootings, as shocking as it is i'd rather a written article than a bunch of comments...
He hopes that file-sharing will now be given religious protection.
lol. As amusing as this is though, this bit seems more correct: Despite the new-found interest in the organisation, experts said religious status for file-sharing would have little effect on the global crackdown on piracy. "It is quite divorced from reality and is reflective of Swedish social norms rather than the Swedish legislative system," said music analyst Mark Mulligan.
Although, didn't they have a political group espousing the same values? Whatever happened with that?
Yeah, I read about them [:)] I do see - and FEEL - the idea of filesharing having a spiritual aspect. I like to look at it as a method of connection between independent beings, bestowing Information and emotions upon the others in the form of data etc. Additionally, there's something altruistic in filesharing; you spend some of your time and effort so that others can enjoy the files you consider worth of sharing.
However, the crap about any sort of protection being granted to filesharing 'because it's a religion' can be forgotten. If you smack someone in the face or steal something 'because this is your religion', you don't get any legal protection for this reason - luckily.
That being said, if I was ever to accept any sort of religion, it'd be Kopimism [:)]
That french ad as a form of marketing is rather neat. Very creative.
I remember seeing that headline about mountain dew dissolving a mouse somewhere yesterday, but has it actually been tested? One scientists testimony is hardly definitive...
As for that list, i remember most of them actually, and the ones that were missed i didn't find interesting anyway.
Three of those who'd eaten the beef and fallen ill have reportedly hired law firm Simon & Luke, experts in food safety litigation, on retainer, in case they should decide to sue Hannaford.
I always find cases like this interesting. Obviously it's bad that the meat got contaminated, but on the other hand, if it had been cooked properly, the contamination wouldn't matter. So essentially, they are suing other people because they chose to eat their hamburger half-raw.
You have a very good point Ix, i never considered that angle. I mostly just facepalm'd at the idea that they thought it was necessary in the first place.
As for that Vader burger, perhaps they added squid ink to the dough? Doesn't change the fact that it does look wrong regardless but still, it's possible to do it naturally.
squid ink would be more expensive though, I'd imagine. And I wonder if squid ink would attract customers or turn people off more than the idea of an artificial dye...

Potential new get rich quick scheme now that we cashed in the 400,001 pigs?

"Their police are also very heroic, risking their lives, rushing forth. Ours I bet would be waiting for the bullets to run out…"
Thought that summed up Chinese police, from many people's perspective...unfortunately.
