Some of those pics of the 10yr old are leaning a tiny bit creepy to me as well. There's certainly a niche for children models, but it should stay age appropriate. And you do have a point, I'm certainly not going to argue that the fashion industry isn't obsessed with youth to a rather unhealthy degree. I know there's been some push by the CFDA to get agencies to agree not to book anyone under 16 for runway, but it doesn't seem to do much, even with the agencies that nominally agreed to it.
Looked up the Girl Model film, and it seems interesting/disturbing, but man, price tag. Educational DVD $250 I'll have to see if I can find it elsewhere.
