If Bcart does the sweep, he is Canadian, he knows where/what those shared connections are. He can decide to delete it....if His Majesty finds the delete button.

i didn't say that no one knows, i was pointing out that you claim compsci has anything related to it... and then if kids know what it is (which is more understandable than someone that is 35+ who didn't study for it) then why did you NOT knew she was referring to a VPN. and there are plenty of managers in any segment of doing business that use a VPN for work
