Mewtwo was massively OP in first gen. I had Starmie, Tauros, Snorlax, Alakaxam, Gengar and Charizard/Zapdos as my main team. Always fun to battle the kids that had their Venusaur/Blastoise/Charizard combo and though they were awesome lol
This weekend when an old friend was back in town, we stopped at a GameStop after eating so my roommate could buy a 3DS and Pokemon whatever version. So me and my old friend proceeded to pick up half the games in the store and talk about them as he impatiently waited to go play his Pokemon. We are great friends.

I also had a badass lineup that had rhydon, tauros, and chansey because they were all OP back then and allowed in pro play.
if i was doing a competitive team would be. zapados mewtwo alakazam gengar arcanine i maybe dragonite.
obviously its an op team version 1 but has huge problems in any other incaarnation. each one i love psychic to much.
