There isn't enough of a player base on s2 to completely kill the land D kingdoms that had their defenses obliterated so there are a bunch of anti-turtles running around with very little land exploding even more top players.

KTs will be much easier this round as people will either be Turtles or anti-turtles. I still think that a good DW that can manage their population will be problematic for everyone as they'll benefit the most from LT based defense and insanely cheap …

IP based enforcement is impossible, but it's not too hard to track down bots and bring down the ban hammer. The multi scan should be cron'd daily, and improved to eliminate the bots.

Servers work like your computer, they sync with time servers every (x) hours. SK's server doesn't update often enough, so goes out of sync as time goes on.
