This is such a bullshit bonus. 60 day round = 1440 ticks x5 = 7,200 research points.

I'd go with Era of increased attack gains SK had a variant of this about 2-3 years ago, was a lot of fun. Think it was +50% more war spoils or something.

Era of Infinite War, for the round you have war bonuses against everyone. Era of Bank Robbery, for the round there is no (10%) cap on how much you can rob from people.

You could probably send 20-30 probes with 1 probe loss. It won't change the chance of success thou.

War abuse is the loser's excuse when he whines about getting rolled out for near suiciding on the posted KT. Bashing isn't cool even in war, but don't expect people not to take your land if it's significantly cheaper than someone of legit size.
