    terra is good at start but it sucks when you cant keep your bonuses maxed anymore. Also even with bonuses maxed, the -25% income is huge. Mostly you have nano's and the income factor, including max research is:
    non terra: 1.25 x 1.1 = 1.375
    terra: 1.35 x 1.1 x 0.75 = 1.113

    So even with your researches maxed, it's still -26% income.
