Star Kingdoms - Round 65 - Era of Anti-Exploration
Round 65, the Era of Anti-Exploration has arrived again. For this round all Kingdoms will be able to explore up to 5% of their total planet size (land size) instead of the regular 10%. Exploration costs will remain the same.

Actually, that'd be a cool change. Short rounds and lower research costs or extra efficient scientists.
