  • Wicked I like bonnets but I prefer Serrano or Habanero peppers... Last week I infused smoked sea salt with ghost chili pepper flakes... the flavors are phenomenal but literally a pinch to a big pot of chili is all you need! I recently ordered seeds to grow my own Carolina reaper Chili's. .. it's the hottest pepper at 2.2 million Scoville.... they scare n excite me at the same damned time :D

  • Lol ^.. and wow Greg that's really impressive. My sister is a trained chef, has managed some amazing restaurants, and more importantly lives within walking distance. I love to cook at home but there's only like ten things I make I am actually proud of. I an super stoked to know this. Good man
