    Yeah, Ovechkin has it in the bag what with Stamkos being out... when he has a good year, he's just a scoring machine. I hope they play well in the Olympics, I want a good challenge for Team Gold :D
    US will be good in both ends of the ice, but quick being hurt sucks. Russia will cheat their way to compete for gold because the Olympics are in Sochi, puck luck will determine who plays them.

    Guaranteed, they have a good enough lineup that a little cheating could power them thru. Finland just can't seem to stay out of the medal-round either, so they will probably be there.

    I dropped dubnyk in my 10 man league and grabbed reimer. Not certain bryz will be anything but swiss cheese getting left out to dry by the oil.

    Wings probably wont miss the playoffs playing in the east. The west is hardcore though. 8th place team in west has same record as #1 in east. West is still smashing the east, even when they traded the terrible jets for the wings and blue jackets.

    West is always dominant imo, the competition is grittier and more evenly dispersed. East is just full of superstars that run trains on the shitty bottom-feeding teams.

    There was a time when the North-West was a fucking machine of a division, just full of deep teams. Now it's rebuild-central hahaha :(

    West was a powerhouse for years I agree. Central sent 4 teams to the playoffs a couple times. The pacific had a few good years. The east is like a rotissary, every one goes up and down (except for Florida, they are the hotdog that fell off and burnt to the bottom of the machine)
