ALs can only ban and mute themselves

This has been a problem for a few rounds. Whenever an AL clicks to ban or mute any KD in the alliance he automatically bans or mutes their own KD.

It's because it defaults the the Kingdom ID page instead of the kingdom Location and Position. If you manually type in the l=#&p=# page it bans/mutes without a problem.

Yeah, that's why I posted this. The way to get around the problem has changed. ;-)

change that to what KD you want, 1:3 is the sector and p-=8 is the kd that should work
