The Roles of Planet Types

DW: Warrior Class, Front Line. Agressive PT specialized in offense. Used to cripple enemy's Dws. If enemy has no DW threats, cripple enemy's MTs.

Mysti: Blitzkrieg Class, Back Line, Support. Quantity over quality makes this PT valuable. Good to finish off small kingdoms. Very hard to kill by land. Low return times allows it to send more tanks on its attacks

Mount: Defensive Class, Raw Income Based, Support, Turtle. Helps sector funds with high income. Best played on tanks only, despite starting with Laser Dragoons researched. Can be used as banks for alliancemates.

Volcanic: Defensive Class, Back Line, Agressive Prober. One of the hardest PTs to kill as it never goes powerless and is very hard to breach with probes. Most effective with tanks only strategy.

Multiple Terrain: Warrior Class, Front Line. Agressive PT, Versatile. High number of starting military researchs completed allows great variety of strategies. Best played on LD/TF.

Oceanic: Defensive Class, Back Line, Turtle. A damn turtle. I hate this PT and dont want to talk about it.

Forest Wilderness: Neutral Class. fucking huge return times...screw this pt...
