Note to everyone, i actually think this makes your birthrate even worse. I was getting 70-90 per tick before we purchased this, now im at 37-40 per tick. Nothing changed other then CS. Just a tip to everyone

    i had space for 10k pop, i only had 5k, i was gaining 70+ per tick, the next 5 ticks after buying it, i got 30-40 and maintained that since, nothing above 40 for 20ticks niw, even tho i got 5k more pop i could add
