What are the reasons to disband BC? If you analyse the relative strengths of the alliances, sure there's more power concentrated in BC, but you can't ask them to disband just because they are more active than other alliances.
If the other alliances boosted activity, I believe BC can be defeated. See graph below.

Let's ignore the how and why and talk about the actual data. Information is power. I hope to empower everyone to make informed decisions. (This graph is a once off btw)
The graph is broken down by every 100k NW for every alliance. Using Bar or Pie would not be as easy to compare.
If you need help analysing the information, pick a networth range (eg 500k - 1mil) and look at the relative number of kingdoms in each alliance with that strength. Of course, this ignores activity, turtling and other variables, but ANY graph is better than no graph.
