Find BCarts profile on the forums, and find the thread he started a few years ago asking for who should be the forums admin. Very few took it seriously and most voted for themselves.

honestly tho, he can do the admin job himself can't he.

it's as simple as putting in 1 ip and banning it.

he can just appoint some players as an anti-cheat council. mabe 5-10 players, they vote and every weekend they vote and come to a conclusion of any cheaters, make a list of the ipvsks send it to him and he reds it.
