account only gave 2 group spots.

I bought a premium account to get the 4 group spots and somehow only got my two spots.it's my first time creating a premium.
anybody have any idea what i may have done wrong?

your problem is that you need to log out then back in, THENstart creating an account. unfortunately thers not much you can do at this point.

you can try disabling the premi then using the premi on another bsg but i have no idea if that works as ive never done it before.
