When I check the Universal News, there is always strange ghost activities happening.

January 12, 11:42:44 the [DmS] alliance has canceled the war relation with the [Specter] alliance.
January 12, 11:43:06 the [DmS] alliance has canceled the war relation with the [Specter] alliance.
January 12, 11:48:32 the [DmS] alliance has canceled the war relation with the [Spector] alliance.
January 12, 11:48:51 the [DmS] alliance has canceled the war relation with the [Spectre] alliance.
January 12, 13:10:33 the [Spectre] alliance has canceled the war relation with the [DmS] alliance.

How is this possible? This cannot be a bug, therefore someone is actively creating these news somehow. What is the point?

    Create Alliance, join sector, sector leaves and AL never disbands. Simple.
