The game is called Puzzle Command. I'm personally a fan of puzzle and logic based games and have created a free service for people to improve their memory and logic by completing daily training. Currently there are 12 different games that focus on 4 key areas: Compute, Identify, Memorize, and Analyze.

I've never built a good kd range from 2-10k land by the end of the game maybe top 100 if everyone kills each other at the end.
