Please fix planets:
Nerf DW (down to +20% offensive power) (OR take their extremely cheap dragoons to 50% discount (from 80))
Boost Oceanic (up to +20% defensive power)
Nerf Terra (down to +10% max research as was ok)
Alter Volcanic Inferno (add +5% max shield effectiveness)
Maybe others have suggestions as well, but i think those changes will benefit the gameplay mostly by removing the retard options and the broken builds we see

TL;DR: Boost the unpicked planets, nerf the overpicked planets (DW, Terra, F&W)

TF is broken, 20% is too much.
for terra, its always been the most handicapped planet out there, but this makes it even worse
Oceanic (im the only one ACTUALLY playing the planet) we need a defensive increase, a reasearch disbonus decrease to make it work. atm we dont get the benefits from a good def (Terra beats it by bonus) and we do get a heavy penalty on research that doesnt compensate.
And lets be fair, Oceanic is the most underpowered planet for the past 15 rounds
