Whats the go with all the NAPS?

Well I thought this round would be different. You had scrubs like lynog/qwj coming back to prove their worth and Sci's Scallywags alliance that was apparently going to show everyone how real alliances are ran.

But so far I have to say: What's actually different?

Everybody is still NAPed and Scallywags is a fucking terrible alliance that will be gangbanged eventually (I will make it happen).

Ever just go back on your word and do the exact same thing that you said you wouldn't do last round. l0l!

It is not uncommon during a time of war, especially when there are this few alliances and there are two wars going on for the alliances not fighting each other to NAP this keeps war efforts maximized.

Oh, well that I can agree on one of the main problems with that is not that players have them, because to my knowledge player NAPs have always been there, just that the player base is SO small it sux when they do LOL.
