Is the round bonus from Round 58 still around?

I just got my 10 land reward and I gained 500 nw which is 50 nw per land and I always thought it was 25.
Then I trained one tank for 1,200 plats and lost 6 nw and I know its 500 plats per nw.
Did anyone else notice this?

training a tank lost a soldier. that's 3 nw. 500 plats per nw. that's 2 or 3 nw depending how much money you had.
