Ok, that's all wonderful. But, it doesn't answer who's making them. It seems to benefit some more frequently than others, and I don't believe there is a question as to whether these are multis themselves.

What I know is that the rules that are enforced and when they are have not so much to do with "right" and "wrong", and it would be great not to pretend otherwise. Game didn't get this small by making people feel like they got a fair deal.
