Definitely a cheap shot, but 25 game suspension? Christ, it's not like it was that illegal of a hit.
Making an example of someone mostly, trying to get people to take it seriously.
That would require they had it together in order for it to fall apart. They can score goals but without a good defense they're not going to accomplish anything.
Do people still play Bean's clone? :P
Lots of people stop by but don't stay. Can't blame them since I've been rewriting a lot of code and had a fair bit of downtime all while being busy with my day job.
I heard mention in the forums here of a blit…
While a node is active it is traceable, like when you login with it and therefore you are denied access. Doesn't need to permanently ban an IP. You don't have a damn clue about what your talkin about.
Then they'll just use i2p or Tor. Blocking proxies won't do a damned thing. You can't stop multiing, you're playing a broken game. Rules that are not enforced [and can't be without an in-game mod] aren't really rules.

As far as making an external script that does it, not hard to do but it would be better regulated by BCart himself. I just don't see him ever doing something like that.
Qwjvfiil is for the most part correct. The only thing about these created farmlands is that they need to be kept out of the sectors of active players to avoid screwing a sector over. Aside from that they are a great way to help the less active play…
