Most of the time it's just run by a multi. When it's not run by one multi it is run by three multis. When it's not run by three multis it's run by one multi. Pull the plug. It is an awful server to play on. I recommend that you sign up and give it a go if you have any doubts.

Good round on s2, probably the best s2 round since I came back to SK...there was actually decent wars rather than just explore round. Thanks to Bcart's change to 2 sector alliances, and 4 sector galaxies, its made a huge difference.
