Saw his SOK 3 ticks after leaving newbie last night, had 2.1m stored and 0 soldiers, 3.7k tanks.
3.7k tanks = 5.1m
He had nothing to spend the rest of that cash on. Now taking into consideration building costs and exploration costs I can't imagine he'd have had any money left over after leaving newbie.
So to me it's a bit fishy that after 4 hits + 3 hours of income, he had 2.1m cash sitting on hand. Assume a 100k income (which is very unlikely) he still got 1.8m from 4 hits which works out to 450k.
His hits were on 3x mount and 1x FW, both KDs who can make cash fast given their bonuses.

Answer is simple, there were about 15 kds with 250-290 land and 30k nw. those were all bank farms, if you had paid attention during newby mode that would be clear. and they all had 5mil+
Now what i do find fishy is the tick hits on them, while its likely they have little defence, with 30k nw they can have some. so check what he was sending, if he tick hit with less than 100 = farming most likely if he send 250+ tanks each (or worth that) it might be legit (might)
I know what they were. I'm saying he made them and farmed them.
Tick hitting inactives days after newbie mode ended is nothing new. Unless people are willing to hold their WLs for hours upon hours to wait for their own farms to come out, then tick hitting is normal.
Not to say people aren't still creating them as I've been able to hit a few with 450k cash.
I don't understand how people think they can be so blatantly obvious about farming and think they'll get away with it.
Some random KD suicides 2x on one of the Pringles bot, and the same KD gets first 4 hits on him over both suicides.

i removed 60k nw, kept him alive.
If we kill every offender we would have no players left by next week
