That would run no problems. Could probably run most AAA games in medium settings.
I picked all that up in a bare bones offer for $1,200 cad. (minus 16GB RAM & 2 SSDs), that same setup still goes for $1,400+ today. About the only practical upgrade is a new video card with 8GB video memory but that's $600+.
Hmm, you could probably pick all that up for less than £600, so about $1100 CAD. The CPU, Mobo should easily fit under £200, that GPU is sub £100. Both those SSDs wont even add to £100 as they are dead cheap nowadays (4 in my current rig, 3 1TB and 1 500GB), DDR3 memory is cheap too, can always find 16GB 2x8 sticks for less than £60, cases are cheap, no more than 550W PSU required.
Should upgrade your GPU though, as Pascal is right around the corner, get ready for massive dips for the 970, 960s.
I miss how CGS / DirectTV had their broadcasts setup. Watching 1st person as a spectator and having it constantly rotate around on someone else's whim annoys me to no end.

In conclusion, two monitors needed for ultimate viewing.
