Should this person be allowed to return to our country?

So there was once this famous singer who said he would do his military service to his fans and the whole nation because its mandatory over here. The thing is he also had american citizenship so he didnt really have to go but if he wereto give it up he could still go.

Then one day he left for japan to avoid going to military service. He tried to return but was refused entry into the country at the airport. Its been 13 years since the incident and now he is begging live on broadcast to let him back into the country.

    The way i see it, he was a citizen of two countries. But he abandoned one of them to avoid military service. So, in the eyes of the Estate, he abandoned his citizenship there.

    He should accept the consequences of his decision, become a full american citizen and get tourist visa.
