ghosted, my tax on my pay cheques (and i am in the highest bracket in canada) is 30%, and it goes down from there based on income. I pay for my own heathcare because I make over a certain amount of money. Im fairly certain I pay $240 a year for my health care? Maybe a bit more. Either way, I will happily pay when I make as much money as I do so others can benefit from it. As for taxes in Canada I wouldnt be surprised If we get taxed less then you on average per person

What jester says, our healthcare has been broken for a long time HMOs were suppsoed to help people but were just interested in making money and only giving people 1-2 visits a year and if you missed oh well.
And whos to say this won't be the same way doctors only giving you x amount of visits before you can't see them anymore etc. The system that this is being put ontop of is corrupt and pretty much destroying itself up to this point anyway, hell hospitals now won't even see you if you have medicare or medicaid sometimes and surgeons won't touch you right now due to obama care coming into play my friend can't get operated on becuase people are worried about what it will do to existing coverages and how they will be paid etc.

Every American should be forced to play Tropico 3 or 4 to gain a better understanding of what is taking place. Everything from dumbing down the children, propaganda, unemployment, poverty, division, health, to rotating golden statues is there tempting you to open your eyes to how we are programmed. Politicians are usually very careful in how they phrase things they do not outright lie. We do the same here on sk. What this guy does is like debating a child.
