I am trying to load S1 here and it's taking ages to render.

S2 is working fine..

    that's the multis fault. my sector was taken over yesterday. I'm only hitting them. I k now won't get SL back, just its nice free land.

    I do believe you were the one that was trying to convince Wicked that your sector was associated with Beards so you wouldn't get hit :P.

    nobody will play GO unless it gets restlyed, simple as that, the more you people try to get ppl play without restyling, the more ppl you are running away and will never visit the site.

    Um...all you need to do is on the main log in screen (or your home menu once your logged in) click "click here" where it says "mobile users click here" and it has the exact same interface/layout as SK

    yeah the "normal" view is super terrible, but the "mobile" view is fine. honestly i want to take these comments and post them in the GO forums but.. that means i have to sign up again lol

    No... Make the whole site more inviting. As lovsan said, restyle it... or atleast remove the broken links and rather interesting use of frames. Its not really about making it identical to SK, just make it a working website after that focus on the gameplay.

    Get the site working, then focus on the game.

    PS. Dont get me wrong, I'm not shooting the game down. Just set it up properly.

    Preaching to the choir, the HCI is an important aspect of web-site and game design.

    For example, when I co-developed this, http://mi-linux.wlv.ac.uk/~1106191/CD/BetaFinal.swf we made sure the game was fully functional.

    The comments we got was the actor didn't always turn that well, and the HUD in the game was hard to read.
