Keep in mind that this is a game and real life doesn't really have a lot to do with what county you can join. In Ireland you have an opportunity to play together with a lot of people working together that you know.
That's what the game is all about, not patriotism or anything. I mean of course there is that in the game, but you should really take it for what it's worth. I was going to join Canada when I started playing again but they are so screwed up and we have been doing so well I'm glad I made the choice I did.

You should sign up again rabby. The game in most ways is a lot more fun. Things are more military/battle oriented and you can fight multiple times a day every day. The economic module sucks now, but it is also better in the respect that your business is yours no matter what and where you go.
You should also apply for Irish citizenship, we have a good thing going. Same with people like sci who have quit or people who are elsewhere who really haven't got into the community much.
Also, I am 3 people away from a society builder medal which means I get 5 gold for 10 people reaching lvl 10.
