I reset this weekend and just imported my data at work.
Whenever I go to the workshop I have every upgrade that I had researched or available from my last reset showing, which is like 40.
I also have a bit of CUlture and Faith even though I have no temples/amphitheatres.
I tried saving, refreshing, wiping and exporting but nothing will get those upgrades gone.
