Assistance from the greats

So for all you hardcore SKers, is there a game guide for this game now-a-days? Like, %'s of what buildings to keep yours at. Right now I sit at about 20% residence, 25-30% barracks, 9-10% Fusion, 15-20% SMs, 11% Training and 10% PFs. What is a good Land/NW ratio? How many LDs over tanks/TFs? These all had answers when I played a decade ago and I assumed haven't changed much but I wanted a player's opinion who is far better than mine.

I assume there will be trolling so if you wanna troll throw in a good, honest answer with the troll. Thank you. :)
