Filling Up Sectors

Maybe Bcart should implement a new system that when late kds join (say 1 week after start), they fill up sectors based on nw, lowest first. Therefore you won't get isolated secs and it can actually fill up G2.

    Stupid idea. If you start late sometimes you end up in a good sector that can protect you. If you go to the weakest sector each time then you are food for the uni.

    In fact the fill should go into the strongest possible sector.

    It should go to the first open slot available regardless of sector ranking.

    If you automatically place kingdoms in the strongest sectors you're going to see a lot of vote tampering. It would be nice if BCart populated the universe with inactive accounts on a regular basis. Then people would have something else to do besides bash the people actually trying to play in those sectors.
