    Divine Wind - gave him group pass in my 1:3 sector through PFs, so, not an 'imposter'.

    So you are saying you didn't send out your war leaders and then conviently a kingdom built with all offense shows up to give you max honor, land, and bank. Wow man you are such a good builder you can already call already call others a shit builder. There is a rule to not hit these suicider kingdoms more than once but it only applies to shit builders not pros like you.
